Vehicle inspections help you determine the value and condition of a used vehicle when you’re buying or selling, or purchasing insurance. Vehicle defects that are found during inspections can prevent your car from electrical and mechanical failure and save you from expensive car problems later.
AMA members get preferred rates at any AMA-approved inspection centres on in-province inspections, no matter which centre you go to.
When having your car inspected, a technician will inspect, test drive and report defects, potential problems and the general condition of the vehicle.
