For Membership Renewal, Replacement Cards, and Welcome Packages
We’ve created a safe and secure channel to connect online through Your Online Account
, where you can renew, upgrade, and pay for your membership. Take advantage of membership auto-renew or our monthly payment plan and sign up for e-Bills to receive statements by email.
For all other membership inquiries, please call 1-800-222-6400, come in-centre, or email us
If you signed up for Vehicle Registration Auto-Renew, AMA will process your payment, and send an email with delivery / pick-up instructions. If you choose to come into a centre instead, please contact us at 1-844-733-1017, and we’ll make sure you aren’t charged twice by deferring your Auto-Renew account until next year.
For AMA Insurance Payments, Renewals, and Policy Changes
If you are anticipating to receive your auto or property renewal documents in the mail, please contact us at 1-800-615-5897, and we can make arrangements to get you copies. Renewal documents and pink cards can also be printed for you at any AMA centre.
If you are expecting a claim cheque and are concerned delivery may be affected by the work disruption, contact your adjuster to find out the status of your cheque and make alternate arrangements if needed.
To get copies of your travel itineraries, hotel reservations, or travel medical insurance, please contact your AMA Travel Agent or call AMA Travel at 1-888-799-1522. We will arrange to either email your documents or arrange pick-up at an AMA centre.
